Apple Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • half of soft ripe avocado
  • about 2 tbsp of dessicated coconut
  • 90g of no sugar apple puree
  • about 1-2 tsp of coconut flour
  • soya flour
  • unsweetened soya milk

Preparation

  1. The texture must be like a soft dough. Then I make a ball with a bit of a dough and flatten it on the frying pan. I always fry my pancakes on coconut oil

  2. They turned out to be veeery soft - even fragile (because of coconut flour), just a bit sweet and very tasty
