Vegan Apple Pancakes with Avocado
Ingredients
- half of soft ripe avocado
- about 2 tbsp of dessicated coconut
- 90g of no sugar apple puree
- about 1-2 tsp of coconut flour
- soya flour
- unsweetened soya milk
Preparation
Mix the ingredients until the texture is like a soft dough.
Form small balls from the dough.
Flatten each ball on a frying pan.
Fry the pancakes using coconut oil.
Note that the pancakes may be soft and fragile due to the coconut flour.
