Avocado-Porridge Boats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp flax seeds
- boiled water
- For the toppings: 1/2 chopped red apple, handful organic blueberries, 2 tbsp mixed seeds: linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almond flakes, cinnamon sprinkles, maple syrup drizzle(optional)
- Cook altogether in a pan for 2 mins on low heat whilst you prep your fruit
