Avocado-Porridge Boats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2tbsp flax seeds
  • boiled water
  • For the toppings: 1/2 chopped red apple, handful organic blueberries, 2 tbsp mixed seeds: linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almond flakes, cinnamon sprinkles, maple syrup drizzle(optional)
  • Cook altogether in a pan for 2 mins on low heat whilst you prep your fruit

Preparation
