Baked Dill Pickle Chips
Ingredients
- 5 russet potatoes, super thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp brine from a jar of dill pickles or white vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- a big pinch of salt
Preparation
Toss potato slices with all other ingredients, let marinate for 20 mins and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 mins at 375 degrees F until edges start to brown
Sprinkle a little more salt if desired
