Beetroot Porridge
Ingredients
- 90 g grated raw beetroot
- 60 g oats
- 300 ml water
- 1 small mashed banana
- 50 g frozen raspberries
Preparation
Bring the beet, oats and water to a boil
Reduce the heat and cook until creamy, constantly stirring. add the banana somewhere along the process. you might need more or less water, depending on your desired consistency
When the porridge is cooked, fold in the raspberries and leave it for a bit longer on low heat to make sure they also get warm
Transfer the porridgeto your bowl, add toppings and enjoy
