Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water;
- 1 cup frozen blueberries;
- 1 cup frozen purple grapes;
- 1 cup strawberries;
- 1 frozen banana;
- 1/4 cup oats;
- 2 tbsp chia seeds;
- 2 tbsp almond butter;
- 2 tsp maca powder (optional);
- 2 tsp baobá powder (optional);
Preparation
Blend all until smooth and creamy! Top with granola, sprouted grains and/or dry fruits
