Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water;
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries;
  • 1 cup frozen purple grapes;
  • 1 cup strawberries;
  • 1 frozen banana;
  • 1/4 cup oats;
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds;
  • 2 tbsp almond butter;
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional);
  • 2 tsp baobá powder (optional);

Preparation

  1. Blend all until smooth and creamy! Top with granola, sprouted grains and/or dry fruits
