Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • • 1 tsp each salt, chili powder, paprika & cumin • 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder or 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1/2 - 1 whole jalapeno • 1/3 c cilantro • 2 tbsp tahini • 3-4 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor

  2. Top with avo oil and pimientos! Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips, pitas bread, naan or pretzels
