Blueberry and Vanilla Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Blueberry layer
  • Blend 1/2 cup blueberries or 1 tbsp of our Berrylicious blend with 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • Add 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt and combine well ✔️
  • Add 3 tbsp chia seeds and set aside for at least 30 min, stir until well combined⏰
  • Vanilla layer
  • Combine 1 cup coconut milk with 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 1 tbsp agave and 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt. Add 3 tbsp chia seeds and set aside for at least 30 min, stir until well combined
