Blueberry Pancakes Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF oats
  • 2tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4c pea milk
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut flour

Preparation

  1. Blend it all up. I cooked mine with a little bit of coconut oil and added blueberries

  2. Toppings: toasted coconut flakes and almonds, fresh blueberries and caramelizad bananas. Finishing touch organic maple syrup. I have a feeling my dinner will be light and green
