Blueberry Pancakes Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 2tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/4c pea milk
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut flour
Preparation
Blend it all up. I cooked mine with a little bit of coconut oil and added blueberries
Toppings: toasted coconut flakes and almonds, fresh blueberries and caramelizad bananas. Finishing touch organic maple syrup. I have a feeling my dinner will be light and green
