Carrot Cake Proats

Ingredients

  • 150g chopped carrot
  • 60g oats
  • 30g whey
  • 20g plain flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 10g truvia sweetener
  • 75ml egg white
  • 75ml almond milk
  • 175ml water

Preparation

  1. Throw everything in a food processor / blender and blend until completely smooth

  2. Transfer to a bowl and microwave for 8 minutes

  3. Let it cool then top with all the good stuff
