Carrot Cake Proats
Ingredients
- 150g chopped carrot
- 60g oats
- 30g whey
- 20g plain flour
- 2g baking powder
- 10g truvia sweetener
- 75ml egg white
- 75ml almond milk
- 175ml water
Preparation
Throw everything in a food processor / blender and blend until completely smooth
Transfer to a bowl and microwave for 8 minutes
Let it cool then top with all the good stuff
