Chocolate Cauli Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice and 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • @sovegansofinenl hazelnut chocolate spread
  • peanut butter
  • @the.nu.company hazelnut chocolate
  • @livias raw cookie dough nugglets
  • mulberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • quinoa puffs and cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. I made these chocolate cauliflower oats for breakfast and it’s sooooooo good

  2. For the oats I used: 250 ml of almond milk, 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice and 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds. I topped it of with @sovegansofinenl hazelnut chocolate spread, peanut butter, @the.nu.company hazelnut chocolate, @livias raw cookie dough nugglets, mulberries, 1/2 banana, quinoa puffs and cacao nibs.
