Cookies for Santa
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 scoops @silverfernbrand Tino prebiotic fiber
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed candy cane
- 1/3 cup white chocolate (or coco butter), melted
- + crushed candy cane
Preparation
Line a bread pan with parchment paper
Mix together wet ingredients (coco oil, milk, maple), then mix in almond flour and @silverfernbrand prebiotic fiber. Finally, add in chocolate chips and candy canes
Spread dough evenly on bottom of bread pan. Freeze for 1 hour
Pour melted chocolate (or coco butter) evenly over top, sprinkle candy canes & freeze for 10-15 minutes, or until chocolate hardens
