Cookies for Santa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour⁣
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted⁣
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice⁣
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup⁣
  • 2 scoops @silverfernbrand Tino prebiotic fiber⁣
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract⁣
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips⁣
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy cane⁣
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate (or coco butter), melted⁣
  • + crushed candy cane ⁣

Preparation

  1. Line a bread pan with parchment paper ⁣

  2. Mix together wet ingredients (coco oil, milk, maple), then mix in almond flour and @silverfernbrand prebiotic fiber. Finally, add in chocolate chips and candy canes ⁣

  3. Spread dough evenly on bottom of bread pan. Freeze for 1 hour ⁣

  4. Pour melted chocolate (or coco butter) evenly over top, sprinkle candy canes & freeze for 10-15 minutes, or until chocolate hardens⁣
