Creamy Af High Protein Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 c oats
  • 1 c soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop (good) chocolate protein powder (now you guys know my top 3 faves so far heh)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter . .

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on your microwave so keep an eye on it so it doesn’t explode!!) or do it over a stove pot on medium high heat for 5-6 minutes and let it rest for 2 minutes

  2. I love adding blobs of peanut butter as i’m eating it and chocolate chips cause it melts right in

  3. Raspberries with the perfect contrast of tartness & some sort of nuts/seeds i have on hand for extra health ya know have a grand weekend luv ya ❤️?
