Ingredients

  • 250g. dry ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 fresh onions (separate the white part from the green one)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 chili (minced)
  • 2 handful of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 broccoli
  • sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (mild)
  • 1 tsp sugar •1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles as described on the package

  2. Dry and set aside

  3. Combine all the ingredients of the sauce in a jar and set aside

  4. Chop the vegetables in tiny slices and set aside

  5. Heat a wok over high heat

  6. Add the oil, the ginger, the white part pf the onions, the chili and saute for 1-2 minutes

  7. Add the vegetables and cook 5 minutes, then stir in the noodles and the sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes (the vegetables should still be crunchy!)

  8. Top with the green part of the onions and the sesame seeds

  9. Enjoy ❤️
