Daily Vegan Recipes
Ingredients
- 250g. dry ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 fresh onions (separate the white part from the green one)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 chili (minced)
- 2 handful of fresh mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 3-4 carrots
- 1 broccoli
- sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (mild)
- 1 tsp sugar •1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook the noodles as described on the package
Dry and set aside
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce in a jar and set aside
Chop the vegetables in tiny slices and set aside
Heat a wok over high heat
Add the oil, the ginger, the white part pf the onions, the chili and saute for 1-2 minutes
Add the vegetables and cook 5 minutes, then stir in the noodles and the sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes (the vegetables should still be crunchy!)
Top with the green part of the onions and the sesame seeds
