Dehydrated Banana Roll’s Filled with Peanut Butter Cream & Raisins

Ingredients

  • 4 big bananas filling
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or rice syrup
  • 1/2 cinnamon from ceylon
  • 32 raisins
  • 1 tbsp pure water

Preparation

  1. Peel the Bananas & cut half, place them in dehydrator net sheet, round side down to avoid more surface to touch the screen

  2. Put dehydrator on for 12h in 41 degrees of Celsius

  3. Let it work and after 4 h move them around, not to get stuck from bottom, then continue till end of the program 12h

  4. Meanwhile prepare the filling. Start with measuring all the ingredients into blender & blend it together

  5. Then take bananas out of dehydrator , spread layer evenly on the inner surface of the banana, put 4 raisins on the cream, then roll half bananas filled with peanut butter cream into rolls , serve with sprinkles of cinnamon on top
