Delicious Healthy Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2c of rolled oats
- 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder (i used vanilla) or break up 1-2 @susprofoods protein bars to put into the recipe
- 1/4tsp of sea salt
- 1/2 an apple
- 2tsp of cinnamon
- 1tsp of chia seeds
- toppings
- 1/2 banana?
- a sprinkle of chia seeds
- splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
- frozen & fresh blueberries
Preparation
Mix everything together and microwave for 2 minutes
