Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup @spreadem_kitchen nacho cheese dip
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- chili flakes for topping
Preparation
Blend the cashews, unsweetened oat milk, nacho cheese dip, and nutritional yeast until smooth to create a creamy sauce.
Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions.
Add the sauce to the cooked pasta and mix well.
Optionally, top with chili flakes for added spice and flavor.
