Easy Vegan Mac N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/4 cup @spreadem_kitchen nacho cheese dip
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • chili flakes for topping

Preparation

  1. Add cashews, milk, dip, nooch into a blender and blend till smooth

  2. Cook pasta, add in sauce and mix
