Electrolyte Slushie Drink with Kiwi and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Ice
  • 2 kiwi fruit – fresh or frozen
  • Bunch of spinach
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
  • pinch of Sea Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp of Lime Juice
  • Extra water, if desired

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
