Electrolyte Slushie Drink with Kiwi and Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Ice
- 2 kiwi fruit – fresh or frozen
- Bunch of spinach
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of Sea Salt
- 2-3 tbsp of Lime Juice
- Extra water, if desired
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
