Fluffy Tofu Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • some plant milk
  • spices like black salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder
  • Veggies of choice (I used corn and onion)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the veggies

  2. Then mix in your veggies and fry the omelette on a non stick pan pan on both side and enjoy! I served mine with some greens, guacamole and homemade sauerkraut
