Funfetti Cake Bars - Gluten-Free Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp softened ghee or softened butter
- Sprinkles
Preparation
Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla, maple syrup, baking powder, and softened ghee/butter. Mix everything well with a mixer.
Gently fold in the sprinkles.
Grease a brownie pan or line it with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-38 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake bars to cool, then slice into bars.
