Funfetti Cake Bars - Gluten-Free Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp softened ghee or softened butter
  • Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

  2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, vanilla, maple syrup, baking powder, and softened ghee/butter. Mix everything well with a mixer.

  3. Gently fold in the sprinkles.

  4. Grease a brownie pan or line it with parchment paper.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-38 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. Allow the cake bars to cool, then slice into bars.
