Gluten Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free pancake mix
- 2 eggs(if you’re vegan use 1/2 cup applesauce in place of eggs)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- and a dash of cinnamon! I topped this stack with bananas
- blueberries
- and of course raspberries - my fav jam. I have a heavy hand when it comes to almond butter and I like it that way. Wishing everyone a relaxing Wednesday! #thepeachyprodigy
