Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free pancake mix
  • 2 eggs(if you’re vegan use 1/2 cup applesauce in place of eggs)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • and a dash of cinnamon! I topped this stack with bananas
  • blueberries
  • and of course raspberries - my fav jam. I have a heavy hand when it comes to almond butter and I like it that way. Wishing everyone a relaxing Wednesday! #thepeachyprodigy
