Green Morning Smoothie and Avocado Toast
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen fruit (tropical mix)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Toast components
- bread
- avocado
- hemp hearts
- chili flakes
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Blend 1 banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen fruit (such as tropical mix), 1/2 cup water, and 1/3 cup almond milk until smooth.
Toast the bread to your preference, then top with mashed avocado, hemp hearts, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Consume the smoothie first thing in the morning and save the avocado toast for a later snack if desired.
