Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 a lemon (juice only)
  • 1 small handful of cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini

Preparation

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth

  2. Serve on top of whole grain crackers and vegetables
