Healthy Feijoa Smoothie with Banana and Spinach
Ingredients
- 3 feijoas (pulp)
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
Add banana, feijoa, and coconut milk to a blender and blend first.
Then add spinach and blend until fully incorporated into the mixture.
Blend and mix until consistency is smooth.
Serve in your favorite glasses and enjoy.
