Herbed Tomato Ricotta Toast

Ingredients

  • Littlenorthernbakehouse bread
  • Kitehillfoods almond milk vegan ricotta
  • Roma tomato
  • Allspicedsm ammazza suocerra seasoning
  • Organicgirl spinach
  • Fresh parsley
  • Traderjoes EBTB

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread and top with a spread of ricotta.

  2. Grate a tomato skin side out over a fine mesh strainer and let some of the liquid drain out. Transfer to a bowl and mix with ammazza suocerra seasoning or Italian seasoning of choice and a tiny drizzle of EVOO.

  3. Spoon tomato mixture onto toast and top with chopped spinach, parsley, and a sprinkle of EBTB.
