Herbed Tomato Ricotta Toast

Ingredients

  • bread, toasted
  • almond milk vegan ricotta
  • Roma tomato, grated
  • mmazza suocerra seasoning (ORDER IT - you won’t regret it!! It’s the most amazing umami, garlicky, herby, spicy seasoning in the world
  • chopped @organicgirl spinach
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • sprinkle of @traderjoes EBTB

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread and top with a spread of ricotta

  2. Grate a tomato skin side out over a fine mesh strainer and let some of the liquid drain out. Transfer to a bowl and mix with ammazza suocerra seasoning (Or Italian seasoning of choice) and a tiny drizzle of EVOO

  3. Spoon tomato mixture onto toast and top with chopped spinach, parsley, and a sprinkle of EBTB
