Herbed Tomato Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- Littlenorthernbakehouse bread
- Kitehillfoods almond milk vegan ricotta
- Roma tomato
- Allspicedsm ammazza suocerra seasoning
- Organicgirl spinach
- Fresh parsley
- Traderjoes EBTB
Preparation
Toast your bread and top with a spread of ricotta.
Grate a tomato skin side out over a fine mesh strainer and let some of the liquid drain out. Transfer to a bowl and mix with ammazza suocerra seasoning or Italian seasoning of choice and a tiny drizzle of EVOO.
Spoon tomato mixture onto toast and top with chopped spinach, parsley, and a sprinkle of EBTB.
