Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • For the crust
  • 12 graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup of vegan butter
  • For the filling
  • 2 tubs of @followyourheart cream cheese
  • 3 cups of soaked cashews
  • 1 1/3 cup of agave
  • 1 1/3 cup of key lime juice
  • 2/3 cup of coconut oil
  • 2 tsp of matcha powder

Preparation

  1. Blend gram crackers into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix well with butter. Place and press into a pie dish of choice. Freeze for 2 hours

  2. Place all ingredients for filling into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie dish and freeze for 4 hours

  3. Once pie is ready top with icing, matcha powder, and lime. Slice, serve, and enjoy
