Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
- For the crust
- 12 graham crackers
- 1/3 cup of vegan butter
- For the filling
- 2 tubs of @followyourheart cream cheese
- 3 cups of soaked cashews
- 1 1/3 cup of agave
- 1 1/3 cup of key lime juice
- 2/3 cup of coconut oil
- 2 tsp of matcha powder
Preparation
Blend gram crackers into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix well with butter. Place and press into a pie dish of choice. Freeze for 2 hours
Place all ingredients for filling into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie dish and freeze for 4 hours
Once pie is ready top with icing, matcha powder, and lime. Slice, serve, and enjoy
