Make Myself Some Honey Garlic Sesame Salmon with Pan Fried Potatoes and a Simple Salad

Ingredients

  • for the salmon i mixed together 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • and 1 tsp garlic
  • put a little in the pan and then cooked 4 min on each side over high heat
  • then turned off heat and added the rest of the sauce
  • flipping to coat. the potatoes were just pan fried in avocado oil + the salad was dressed in a little bit of the leftover sauce! SO good! ??? made my day a little bit better to take the time to actually make myself a lunch
