Nutrition Maple & Vanilla Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • 1 cup muesli
  • 1 cup full fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, to drizzle

Preparation

  1. Place pineapple and blueberries in a bowl

  2. Scoop passionfruit pulp over fruit and toss to combine

  3. Layer muesli, yoghurt and fruit mixture into 2 serving glasses

  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and remaining passionfruit

  5. Enjoy!
