- 2 small apples
- 1 tsp of @earthbalance butter
- 1 tsp of brown sugar ?? chop apples and cook over medium heat with brown sugar and butter until soft
- Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of @quaker large flake oats
- 1/2 cup of @silk cashew milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp of cinnamon ?? microwave oats and cashew milk in a bowl for 3 minutes, then add mashed banana and cinnamon
