Orange, Mango + Pineapple Sorbet Granola Bowl

Ingredients

  • half cup of frozen mango⁠⠀
  • half cup of frozen pineapple⁠⠀
  • 1 satsuma peeled and frozen⁠⠀
  • 1 cup coconut water⁠⠀

Preparation

  1. Cut up your pineapple, mango + satsuma into small segments, place into a bag/container and freeze for at least 8 hours

  2. Once frozen, chuck into your blender with 1 cup coconut water and blend till smooth! ⁠⠀

  3. So simple but such a nice breakfast/dessert

  4. I topped my bowl with another satsuma, @naturya goji berries, raspberry, chia seeds + lizi's granola ?
