Orange, Mango + Pineapple Sorbet Granola Bowl
Ingredients
- half cup of frozen mango⠀
- half cup of frozen pineapple⠀
- 1 satsuma peeled and frozen⠀
- 1 cup coconut water⠀
Preparation
Cut up your pineapple, mango + satsuma into small segments, place into a bag/container and freeze for at least 8 hours
Once frozen, chuck into your blender with 1 cup coconut water and blend till smooth! ⠀
So simple but such a nice breakfast/dessert
I topped my bowl with another satsuma, @naturya goji berries, raspberry, chia seeds + lizi's granola ?
