Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats.
  • 1 cup of plant milk.
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats to a flour in your food processor. Add the milk & banana. Blend to a thick batter. Heat a little oil in a frying pan & pour in the batter. Cook on a medium heat for a couple of minutes then flip & cook the other side
