Paneer and Aloo Ki Sabzi

Ingredients

  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Salt : As per your taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and then cut into cubic pieces

  2. Then cut the paneer also in cubic pieces and fry them until little brown

  3. Roast the wild mustard(jakhiya) in pan until it pops

  4. Now add 2 tablespoon olive oil in pan

  5. Add aloo and paneer

  6. Add roasted wild mustard

  7. Stir well for 5 min
