Protein Waffle

Ingredients

  • 60g plain flour
  • 30g protein powder
  • 8g truvia sweetener (optional)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 70ml almond milk
  • 50ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix it all together and fire the mix into a waffle maker

  2. This mix normally makes between 2-2

  3. In my machine

  4. The stack is half the mix
