Purple Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 blue spirulina powder
  • 100g coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. In the base of each jar, add some coconut yogurt. Add the smoothie mixture on top and give the mixture a quick swirl.
