Purple Berry and Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1 blue spirulina powder
- 100g coconut yogurt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
In the base of each jar, add some coconut yogurt. Add the smoothie mixture on top and give the mixture a quick swirl.
