Raw Cardamom Granola⁣•⁣

Ingredients

  • 50 g almonds⁣
  • 50 g hazelnuts⁣
  • 1 tsp cardamom⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, cold pressed⁣
  • 5 big soft dates, pitted⁣
  • 30 g sunflower seeds⁣
  • 25 g rolled oats⁣

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients fort he granola in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times until you have the texture you wish for. Fill in a jar with lid.⁣

  2. This granola is very delicious with plant based yogurt and berries, also on porridge, as a base for cakes or as energy balls!⁣
