Raw Cardamom Granola•
Ingredients
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, cold pressed
- 5 big soft dates, pitted
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g rolled oats
Preparation
Add all the ingredients fort he granola in a blender or food processor, pulse a few times until you have the texture you wish for. Fill in a jar with lid.
This granola is very delicious with plant based yogurt and berries, also on porridge, as a base for cakes or as energy balls!
