Salted Caramel and Baobab Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of @afyauk baobab powder
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of @pipandnut almond butter
- 1/4 cup of @sunitafinefoods dark tahini
- all whisked together until really smooth and well combined.
- in a different bowl:
- 1 cup of @flahavansuk oats
- 1 cup of @bionaorganic amaranth pops
- 4 tbs of pumpkin seeds
- 4 tbs of hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup of @thetigernutcompany tiger nuts flour
- pinch of @steenbergsltd himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup of toasted hazelnuts
- then left to cool for few hours before slicing.
Preparation
All mixed together and then combined and mixed with the tahini mixture before pressed evenly over a tray lined with baking sheet
Then left to cool for few hours before slicing
They will last for a week or so and are a great nutritious addition to lunchboxes, if I may say so
