Savory Vegan Pancake Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of @bobsredmill garbanzo (aka chickpea) bean flour .
  • 1/2tsp garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper .
  • 1t of nutritional yeast .
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1t acv (apple cider vinegar).
  • water to consistency (~1/4c) .

Preparation

  1. Served over spinach w/ avo chunks and my FAVORITE #vegan pre-made lentils from @wholefoods (brand: oasis)
