Seed Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pine head oats ?1/4 cup quinoa ?1/4 cup amaranth ?2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown linseed ?1 tablespoon golden linseed ?4 cups coconut water ?Toppings & sweet stuff of your choice. I like honey, berries and more seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients ?Bring to a gentle boil, cover the pan and simmer gently for 15 to 20 mins, stirring a couple of times ?Top with whatever you like and enjoy
