Simple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings, such as banana berry grain-free muesli, fresh strawberries, coconut chips, and chopped dates.
