Smoothie

Ingredients

  • fejioas - 3 ( pulp )
  • banana - 1 frozen or fresh
  • baby spinach - 2 cups
  • coconut milk - 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Add banana, fejioa with coconut milk and blend first , then add spinach until the spinach is fully incorporated into the mixture

  2. Blend and mix until consistency is smooth

  3. Serve in your favorite glasses and enjoy
