Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lbs beef marrow bones (mine are grass fed local bones from ). ?1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 6 peppercorns ?2 TBSP Apple cider vinegar ?two bay leaves ?carrots (optional- I don't always use them but did today)
  • Add water to fill line on slow cooker, cover and cook on low 16-24 hours or more. ?Strain and serve or store in refrigerator or freezer
