Ingredients

  • I have a base of spinach and arugula (easy to digest for most) topped with a cup of steamed green beans
  • 1/2 cup turmeric sautéed white potatoes (also low fodmap and easily digested - don’t fear them!)
  • 1/4 avocado (sadly higher fodmap)
  • olive oil
  • and kelp seasoning. not to mention
  • consumed while bare feet on a warm Miami day weeks ago (take me back)
