String Bean
Ingredients
- I have a base of spinach and arugula (easy to digest for most) topped with a cup of steamed green beans
- 1/2 cup turmeric sautéed white potatoes (also low fodmap and easily digested - don’t fear them!)
- 1/4 avocado (sadly higher fodmap)
- olive oil
- and kelp seasoning. not to mention
- consumed while bare feet on a warm Miami day weeks ago (take me back)
