Taco Salad Jar with Easy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry black beans
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 jar chipotle salsa
  • sort and rinse pinto beans well.
  • drain and rinse well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Sort and rinse pinto beans well

  2. I a large bowl cover beans with 2 inches of water and soak for at least 24 hours, changing soaking water every 12 hours

  3. Drain and rinse well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  4. Add beans to pressure cooker with 6 cups water and 1 jar of chipotle salsa. Set pressure cooker to manual for 30 minutes and let stream release naturally. Be careful! Ladle about 2 cups of cooking water out of the cooked beans. Purée with hand held blender or blend in batches in a blender until creamy
