Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp dutch cocoa (or more of the regular cocoa)
  • 3 tbsp oat flour (blend dry oats in blender to create flour)
  • 2 tbsp coconut or pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp plant milk (i used @ripplefoods unsweetened pea milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Microwave for 1 minute

  2. Check

  3. Microwave longer if needed, in 10 second incriminates

  4. Top with a few more choc chips & pure maple syrup & enjoy
