Vegan #Taco

Ingredients

  • • Sliced mushrooms
  • • 1 bag of Cruciferous Crunch from
  • • fresh lime juice + cumin + cayenne pepper + pink salt + black pepper + garlic powder
  • • Avo oil (I order mine from !)
  • • Sprouted Corn Tortillas (I order these from too!!)
  • • Avo slices or your favorite salsa (or both like me ?)

Preparation

  1. Heat up a small amount of avo oil in a pan and add your cruciferous crunch + mushrooms + seasonings

  2. Once the mixture begins to soften and slightly brown, add lime juice! I only cooked mine for a total of about 8 min

  3. Or less! Set the mixture aside and clean out the pan, then add a generous amount of oil over medium heat, using 2 forks make your crunchy taco shells by holding the tortilla in place as it hardens, flipping it a few times before it browns too much

  4. Once it seems stiff enough to hold its shape place a rolled up paper towel inside to hold the shape and place shells on paper towel to drain the oil! Stuff your tacos, top them with salsa, guac, or whatever you prefer, and enjoy
