Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 150ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 a tbsp of ginger and a tbsp of flax seed
Preparation
Take 40g porridge oats, 150ml plant-based milk, 1/2 a tbsp of ginger and a tbsp of flax seed (gotta make sure we’re getting those omega 3 fatty acids ? )
Microwave for three minutes, pausing halfway through to stir
Top with half a mango
The warming mango and ginger combo is a classic, this is like a hug in a bowl
