Ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 150ml plant-based milk
  • 1/2 a tbsp of ginger and a tbsp of flax seed

Preparation

  1. Take 40g porridge oats, 150ml plant-based milk, 1/2 a tbsp of ginger and a tbsp of flax seed (gotta make sure we’re getting those omega 3 fatty acids ? )

  2. Microwave for three minutes, pausing halfway through to stir

  3. Top with half a mango

  4. The warming mango and ginger combo is a classic, this is like a hug in a bowl
