Whipped Chocolate Coffee Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (e.g., stevia)
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 60g oats
  • 30g dark chocolate vegan blend
  • 5g chia seeds
  • chocolate almond milk
  • chocolate chips
  • almond yogurt

Preparation

  1. Combine instant coffee, sweetener, and hot water in a small bowl and whisk for 5 minutes until foamy.

  2. Cook the oatmeal by mixing oats, dark chocolate blend, chia seeds, and chocolate almond milk, then heat until desired consistency

  3. Assemble by topping the oatmeal with whipped coffee, chocolate chips, and almond yogurt
