Wholegrain Crêpes with Choc Shot & Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain flour (i used wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp milled chia seeds.
  • 1.5 cups of plant milk.

Preparation

  1. Mix in a large bowl then add

  2. Whisk together to make a batter then let sit for ten minutes. Whisk again & cook thinly in a non stick frying pan with a little oil. Flip (if you're brave) or grill the top
