Yummy Berry Pr-Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c rolled oats (gluten free if required)
  • 1 c water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 c frozen berries
  • 1 tsp - tbsp nut butter @alex.bouwer

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in water and salt, bringing to the boil and simmering for 5-10 mins. Add in protein protein before topping with favorite ingredients

  2. Tip ?

  3. Using berries is a great away to get in your antioxidants. I used frozen from fresh that I warmed in the microwave but fresh berries would work just as well
