Yummy Berry Pr-Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 c rolled oats (gluten free if required)
- 1 c water
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 c frozen berries
- 1 tsp - tbsp nut butter @alex.bouwer
Preparation
Cook the oats in water and salt, bringing to the boil and simmering for 5-10 mins. Add in protein protein before topping with favorite ingredients
Tip ?
Using berries is a great away to get in your antioxidants. I used frozen from fresh that I warmed in the microwave but fresh berries would work just as well
