Homemade Vegetable Fried Rice with Char Sui Pork Slice Topper
Ingredients
- 600g pork shoulder, fat removed and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
- 1 tsp cornflour
Preparation
Mix the pork with all the other ingredients and put in the fridge to marinate for an hour or more
In a few batches, sear the pork in a dry non stick wok on the highest heat for a couple of minutes each side
